In a world of beautiful homes and nice cars, where everything just looks perfect on the outside, it’s ironic how some families who have it all in terms of monetary things may have little to nothing in emotional and loving terms.

This blog is a chronicle of such a family.  I choose to blog anonymously because I deeply love the people that I’ll be writing about, and I don’t want to hurt them.  But, I have to explore how I feel through sharing it with you.  In the absence of healthy support networks, I choose this platform as an outlet.  The things written here are actual circumstances, but all names, ages, or anything else that could identify the people involved are changed.  Nevertheless, to me it doesn’t matter for the purposes of this blog – the circumstances are the most important thing.  This blog goes out to anyone who feels “caught”, with no light shining the way to real happiness.
